Greetings for the day. My name is Gopal, I am sexually very active, and I have a problem with my testis -- one is very big compared to the other one. I haven't consulted a doctor because of worry, if they ask me to go ahead with an operation will it affect my sex life? What are the chances of becoming a dad? Please advise.

There are many causes of testicular enlargement. The cause of the enlargement and its treatment may or may not have any relationship with your fertility prospects. You need an andrological evaluation.

I had typhoid 10 days ago. My marriage is coming up now. Can you please guide me if there is any possibility of sexual transmission? If so, how long should I not have sex?

Yes, it is possible that you may still be infective and capable of transmitting your typhoid infection. It is best to discuss this with your family physician.
Hello Doctor,
I would like to know when a woman reaches her orgasm? Is it when we have intercourse with her and both will reach together, or do we have to make her reach it and then have sex with her?
The best way to know if a woman has attained orgasm is to ask her. All women do not writhe, scream and convulse when they attain orgasm, as is depicted in pornography. Many women will not achieve orgasm with mere sexual intercourse and will require direct clitoral stimulation. It is ideal for both partners to achieve orgasm at the same time but not always possible. Thus, if a couple must attain their orgasms separately, it is always more considerate to let the lady have hers first.

Semen is alkaline and can cause mild tingling in the urethra following ejaculation. Urinating will relieve this. If you are habituated to masturbation with a full urinary bladder, try masturbating after urination.
