How does one stay fit in the monsoon?
According to yoga and Ayurveda expert Namita Piparaiya, the vata dosha (air element) is more dominant of the three doshas (including pitta and kapha doshas) during rainy season.
Any imbalance in vata dosha could cause indigestion, acidity, constipation and breathing difficulties.
Hence it is important to do activities that will help balance this element in order to stay healthy.
