Four More Shots Please debuts today. The series revolves around four female friends (Maanvi Gagroo, Sayani Gupta, Bani and Kirti Kulhari).

Yes! It is quite a liberating series, at least by the looks of the trailer. But there ARE lessons to be learned from the cast.

Check out some important lessons, which will hold true for women across ages, in the videos below.

#1. It's extremely normal for two women to be friends

What do you expect when there are too many women in the same room? Catfights? Bitchiness? Insecurities?

Well, that not the case! "It's pretty normal of women to be supportive of each other," exclaims Sayani Gupta, who was raised by a single mother.

"In terms of myths being busted and the constructs that operate, it is kind of the status quo that patriarchy has set for all of us to say that women don't get along."

#2. Stop limiting yourself

According to VJ Bani, "Labels (for people) aren't necessary. I think they are very containing, caging and limiting.

"The reason people ask you 'what you do' is because they want to put you in boxes. Everything you say is going to be a limiting thing."

#3. Women don't need any external validation

'There are so many women out there who are so great to look at and have great bodies and still they are not happy with themselves," says Kirti Kulhari, who feels it's time women stop looking for external validation. "However, it is not that easy as it sounds," adds Bani.

#4. Women need to stop judging each other

"The onus is on women to be supportive of each other and actually stand by each other irrespective of everything," feels Sayani. "That is something that will change the whole narrative."

#5. Be yourself!

"It is about celebrating womanhood. Be who you are!" says Kirti.

"No matter where you come from, where you live, what you do, how successful or unsuccessful you are, how flawed you are, how amazing you are... it is just about celebrating each aspect of being a woman and accepting yourself.

"We are representing women in a real way, especially with the sex scenes. We have sex, we drink and we need to not whisper the word vagina anymore.

"Whether you like it or hate it, this show is a game changer."
