We asked you to share pics and stories of your furry companions. This is what Rediff reader Dr Ketan Marulkar shared.
IMAGE: Ketan and Manisha Marulkar from Hyderabad adopted an abandoned Spitz from an animal welfare volunteer one-and-a-half-year ago. "Her name is Squaddie," writes Ketan. "She lost her eye after being abandoned on the road by her previous family. Squaddie is the sweetest dog in this world. She's become a part of our family and we treat her like our daughter."
IMAGE: "She is loving, affectionate and knows whenever you are in pain (probably because of her own personal trauma). She's brought so much sunshine, laughter and happiness in our lives," he added.
We ask you, dear readers to share pics of your pets.
Write in to getahead@rediff.co.in with 'My Pet Pic' in the subject line and share your responses along with your NAME, AGE and the place where you LIVE.
Don't forget to tell us your pet's name. We will publish the best entries right here on Rediff.com!
