The Nobel Laureate celebrated her graduation day with beautiful photographs with her husband and family.
Malala Yousafzai has officially graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in PPE (philosophy, politics and economics).
The 24-year-old Nobel Laureate and activist took to Instagram to share multiple photographs from her big day beautifully captured by Fash Productions.
Malala is seen wearing a smart white shirt and black pants under the customary black robe and cap.
Sharing pictures on her Instagram, Malala wrote: 'Some Latin was said and apparently I have a degree.'
In June 2019, Malala had first shared news of her graduation on Twitter.
'Hard to express my joy and gratitude right now as I completed my Philosophy, Politics and Economics degree at Oxford,' Malal said in her tweet, accompanied by two pictures -- one showing her sitting with her family in front of a cake that says: 'Happy Graduation Malala', and the other in which she is covered with cake smiling for the camera.
Although Malala finished her course earlier, the graduation ceremony was delayed by a year-and=a-half due to the pandemic.
Her parents Ziauddin Yousafzai and Toor Pekai Yousafzai were present to cheer her.
Malala's husband Asser Malik was equally happy as he congratulated her and shared photographs of them posing together with family.
'The place we first met felt a little more special on Malala's graduation day,' Asser shared on Instagram
