Share your weight loss stories: How did you do it?

If you've managed to win the battle of the bulge, we want to hear about it.

In an age when lifestyles and careers are making it difficult to maintain a healthy, attractive body, everyone is looking for advice in order to shed the pounds.

What diet did you follow? Which foods did you include and which did you cut out?

How many hours a week did you spend in the gym, or performing cardio exercises?

How long did it take to reach your target weight?

And most importantly, how much did you lose and have you managed to keep it off?
