GATE: All-India free scholarship test

What: Gateforum is organising an All-India free scholarship test (mock test) for the aspirants of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) on July 19, 2009 in over 35 cities across the country.

The Free Scholarship Test will be conducted in the new pattern of GATE which has been introduced in GATE 2009. The test will be conducted in the engineering disciplines of Computer Science & Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering.

By taking this test the aspirants of GATE will be able to evaluate their performance by comparing themselves with students from all over India (35 cities). The results of the test in terms of All India Rank and Percentile Score will be available on the website www.gateforum.com. The students will also be able to evaluate their performance in each topic of the test through the section wise comparative analysis, which is provided along

with the test results.

Based on the performance in this test, students will be given scholarships for any of the Gateforum packages - Classroom Coaching, eTutor (online coaching), Correspondence Course, All India Test Series and Online Test Series. The top rankers in each city would be given scholarships upto 50 per cent for any Gateforum package they choose. More than 600 scholarships are available across India based on the July 19 test.

GATE-2010 will be conducted on February 14, 2010.
