Why the Vivo Z1 Pro is good value for money!

The Vivo Z1 Pro packs in premium features at a reasonable price.

As technology advances, phones are offering premium features at affordable prices; the Vivo Z1 Pro is a prime example.

Let's dig in and find out what it has to offer.

Design and display

The phone has a 6.53" full HD+ LCD display, with a resolution of 2340 x 1080.

As the phone has minimum bezels, the screen-to-body ratio is 90.77 per cent.

The bottom chin is thicker than the top bezel.

The back of the phone is plastic but gives the impression of glass as the gradient colours change when the phone is moved.

It is available in three colours -- mirror black, sonic blue and sonic black.

Performance

The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 712, Qualcomm's powerful processor, and is embedded with artificial intelligence.

It is also embedded with the Adreno 616 GPU for a better gaming experience.

The phone is available in three variants -- 4GB RAM+ 64GB ROM, 6GB RAM+ 64GB ROM and 6GB RAM+ 128GB ROM, competitively priced at Rs 14,990, Rs 16,990 and Rs 17,990 respectively.

Camera

Vivo Z1 Pro has a triple camera setup on the rear.

The setup consists of an 8MP f/2.2 wide angle, 16MP f/1.78 main and the 2MP f/2.4 depth sensing camera.

The camera has a night mode option for lowlight photography; pictures taken in this mode are enhanced using long exposure to gather a more detailed image.

For selfies, there is an in-display 32MP camera with f/2.0 aperture.

Battery

The phone has a mammoth 5000 mAh battery which can be fast charged using an 18w charger.

It also support OTG reverse charging.

Verdict

It packs in premium features at a compact starting price of Rs 14,999.

With features like a triple camera, a 5000 mAh battery, fast charging, full view display and a powerful Snapdragon 712 processor, the Vivo Z1 Pro is value for money.
