Rediff reader Nishtha Monarch Joshi, 35, from Vadodara, Gujarat shares her special winter recipe.
Ingredients:
- 200 gm cabbage
- 150 gm capsicum
- 150 gm cucumber
- 50 gm green Peas
- 30 gm rajma, boiled
- 30 gm chick peas, boiled
- 3 tbsp moong, sprouted
- 3 tbsp matki
- 3 tbsp cow peas
- 3 tbsp black-eyed peas
- ½ black pepper
- Rock salt
- 3 tsp lemon
- 5 tsp cream/mayo/hung curd
Method
- Mix all well with spoon and fork in big salad bowl. Dived into two required portions. You can add cream or mayo. Serve plain or with roti.
