For those of you who are living alone and don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, this is a useful recipe that requires minimum effort.
Watch how you can make a banana smoothie at home:
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 3 tbsp curd
- Dried figs (optional)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4th cup milk
- Pinch of cardamom powder
- 4-5 ice cubes
Method
- In a blender, add bananas, curd, dried figs, sugar, milk, cardamom powder and ice.
- Blend for a minute until smooth.
- Pour in a glass.
- Garnish with powdered cardamom and serve.
