'At the start of this lockdown, I was all about positivity, motivation and gratitude,' she writes.
'Somewhere along the way, it feels like there has been so much negativity, stress, anger all around that it's easy to be consumed by that.
'Breathe, exercise, smile, eat healthy, eliminate negativity. Be good to your heart so that it can be good to you,' she advises.

'Exercise is not just for your physical fitness but for your mental health too. I work out to stay sane,' she shares.

IMAGE: According to her, 'the only rule this lockdown is to stay home, stay healthy and try to stay sane.'

IMAGE: Her mantra was simple. 'Get addicted to taking care of your mind, body, soul!'

IMAGE: During the lockdown when gyms were shut, Sophie found interesting ways to work out. You won't believe it, but she has worked out with a towel too.
