Sivanand Somasundaram, 37, from Chennai says:

'Increase your intake of immunity boosting food. Avoid use of air conditioners at home. Ensure there is good circulation of fresh air.'    

'Minimise physical contact with people. And if it happens, wash your hands with water and soap as soon as possible.

'Do yoga regularly, get good sleep and eat balanced food.'
