Milind Kapale who lives in Hamburg, Germany sent us this picture of his daughter Nidhi, 14 to show how she spends time pursuing her love for painting and dancing.

Milind shared these five tips for other parents:

1. Walk 3-4 km inside your home or in the garden regularly.

2. Exercise together as a family. Dance together to Youtube Videos

3. Play monopoly.

4. Stick to your routine. While you work from home, let the kids study.

5. Read. Spend time on your hobbies.
