3 reasons to stop drinking boiled water
Since childhood, we have believed that boiled water is pure and safe to drink. But it is time to re-check our facts, especially in today's age where growing pollution levels and industrial effluents are increasingly affecting our water supplies.
These are some facts about boiled water:
It offers no solution from pollution
Boiling can't remove industrial and chemical impurities like Arsenic, Fluoride, Pesticides, Lead, Heavy Metals etc., which may have seeped into the water source. These are extremely harmful and can even result in organ failure and cancer in the long run.
You could get poisoned
Boiling doesn't help get rid of toxins. Basically the by-products that micro-organisms produce in their natural state or while being killed when water boils, tend to remain in the water even after it has been boiled.
Sediments are a solid problem
Boiling cannot remove rock sediments, dirt, tiny rust debris dislodged from pipes, as also motor oil contamination. Some of these pollutants may still remain even after the boiled water has been filtered. Another problem is that boiling can’t soften hard water.
This can only be achieved by Reverse Osmosis technology.
