Details: The three-month programme will help you get your body in the shape you've always desired through the healthiest methods. It involves a two-pronged approach of exercise and diet with different workouts, like step, aerobics, boot camp, pilates, power yoga, circuits, interval training, salsa, African, hiphop and weight training to yield results and have a fun time.
An individualized diet is charted out based on your age, lifestyle and fitness goal. The diet recommended is easy to follow and on similar lines to your current diet so as to help you fuse it into your daily life helping you lose and then maintain your weight. The diet is monitored and updated regularly to see continuing results.
