Do not make excuses for your failures
It's easy to give an excuse for a goal that has not been achieved. Blaming your colleagues for your failure will only make things worse. For instance, instead of: 'I was not able to deliver project on time because there were a lot of defects produced by the developer and it took longer to close them,' you could say: 'I was not able to deliver the project on time. I agree we did not follow the review process well and that led to defects. However, we took corrective actions and now the project is under control.'
Present yourself with confidence
Just owning a high-end camera doesn't guarantee a better picture. A photographer's ability to look for the right opportunity, capture and present it is what differentiates a photographer from a great photographer. Similarly, it is important to be able to present yourself in the best possible light with self confidence. Try to anticipate the areas you may be quizzed on and prepare yourself. This will help get rid of some nervousness.
