This stretch will help to open up and lift the bust line.
Sit on the floor with knees bent and both hands behind your torso palms to the floor and fingers pointed towards your body. Bend the elbows and press them in towards your back and each other, while pushing and opening out the chest upwards. Hold this position for about 15 seconds, rest and repeat.
