Time for lat pull overs. Lie on a bench or on your bed, knees bent and soles of the feet flat on the bench/bed. Hold a single heavy dumbell with both hands and raise it to eye-level above your head. Then raise both hands backward above your head, lowering the dumbell towards the bench/bed.
Make sure you do this slowly, so as to not hurt your back or shoulders. Lift back to start position.
Do 12- 16 repetitions, rest and repeat.
