Lie face-up on a bench (or the floor if you don't have access to a bench), dumbbells in both hands, knees bent and soles of the feet flat on the bench/ floor.
Raise both arms straight upward, such that the dumbbells in each hand come to face each other at the level of the chest (keep the elbows slightly bent throughout). Then slowly lower both arms till both are in line with the shoulder. Squeeze the chest muscles and lift them up again.
Do 12-16 repetitions, rest and repeat.
