Your Diwali checklist: Sweets
We love to eat, don't we! So why stop during the festive season? But while you indulge in some sweetmeats, make sure to look out for:
Sweets made at spurious places. Buy your sweets from a known and reliable vendor/shop.
Sugar-based sweets. Use jaggery instead of refined sugar to cook the sweets.
Your fitness regime. Go walking if you are going shopping. Park your vehicle a couple of kilometers away and walk the rest of the distance.
Healthy meals. Have snacks that are healthy and interesting instead of the usual deep-fired variety.
