Off the ramp style statements!

This stylish lady is the curator of art for the art studio that Lakme Fashion Week is associated with. Pravina Macklai usually wears non-designer clothes, unless, of course, they find their way into her closet unwittingly.

The kurta was a gift which suits her to the T, and the trousers came from Shanghai, for a mere Rs 500. The shoes are the most expensive thing she's wearing, at the very reasonable price of Rs 1200 from Metro.

"It's a myth that designer clothes are expensive. I have a lovely piece by Wendell Rodricks that always gets me compliments wherever I go -- and it was extremely reasonably priced," says this stylish lady, shattering the commonly held perception that most of us can't afford designer clothes.

So what do you think of the outfits? Do they tickle your fancy or just make you laugh out loud? Tell us on the messageboard below!
