What: Manipal Institute of Regenerative Medicine (MIRM) of Manipal University has launched a short term course on Application of Flow Cytometry and Molecular Biology Techniques in Stem Cell Biology and Regenerative Medicine for those specialising in Life Sciences as a profession.
Where: Manipal Institute of Regenerative Medicine, Bangalore.
About the course: Starting from December 26, 2008 till January 5, 2009, the 10-day course will include regular classes from 9 am to 6 pm at MIRM.
Eligibility: Candidates with a Masters degree in Life Sciences or BE in Biotechnology will be preferred for this course. However, candidates with a Bachelors degree are also encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge regarding molecular biology and immune techniques is essential to undertake this training.
