Lateral Raises

Work the top of the shoulder and arms.

Stand on the tube with your feet wide apart. Hold the opposite handles in each hand, so that the tube crosses over in the front. Slowly raise both the hands out to the side till they are in line with your shoulders. Gently lower.

Do 12 reps, rest and repeat.
