What: MetLife India Insurance Company Limited (MetLife) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with University of Delhi [Images], to launch "Yuvodaya" a special life insurance education and training programme for the University of Delhi students.

The programme will offer education and training in insurance sales practices, products and the legal and regulatory aspects of life insurance. The course modules would be spread over three months and would also include on the job training for the qualifying students. Post the successful completion of the course, the students will be awarded a joint, University of Delhi - MetLife certificate. Meritorious students may be provided with employment opportunities with MetLife as Financial Advisors, Sales Managers, or Operations Managers. 

Details of the programme 

Eligibility Criteria: All students of University of Delhi (Graduates) would be eligible for this course. Students who have passed out from University of Delhi in the year 2007-2008 are also eligible to apply for this course

Program Duration: 3 months duration comprising 3 days a week (including OJT)

Batch strength: 30 students

Registration: December 22, 2008 - January 07, 2009
