Squats (Modified)

Try the following when you walk baby in the park! These squats will work your thighs, butt and calves.

Hold onto the handle bar of baby's pram. Make sure the pram brakes are on! Step about 2 feet away from it. Push your hip backwards and slowly lower your body till your thighs are parallel to the floor. Press the heels into the floor and push your body up again, but don't lock your knees.

Do 10-12 reps.
