Back and Hamstring Stretch

This is one of the feel good stretches!
Sit on the floor with both legs extended straight out in front. Slowly reach for your toes. If you can't get the toes, try your ankles or calves. Lower your upper body towards the legs and feel a stretch in your back and back of the thighs. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat.
