Tummy Tightener

This exercise works the abdominals and relieves back pain and stress.
Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Squeeze your abdominal muscles and push your belly button down towards the spine, flattening out the back. Hold for a couple of seconds, then release.
Do 10 reps.
