Pamper your skin with Kaya Glow

July 9, 2007
Dr Snehal Sriram, head of Kaya Skin Care Advisory, recommends the Kaya Glow treatment for when you need to relax and rejuvenate your face and neck.

The treatment treats all skin concerns -- dryness, dehydration, dull skin, sun damaged and uneven skin tones, and fine lines and wrinkles.

Facial skin tends to be very sensitive and far less protected than other body parts, says Dr Sriram. Factors like harsh weather, stress, or an unbalanced diet leave the skin looking dry, dull and lifeless. "Which is why it requires a little extra, something more than merely getting rid of acne, patchy, tanned skin and dryness," she says.

The Kaya Glow service includes a round of microdermabrasion, which polishes and brightens the skin, removing dead surface skin cells. This is followed by a re-hydrating facemask to moisturise the skin.

The face mask stimulates blood circulation beneath the surface of the skin, thus improving the skin's texture and relaxing the tension. "Each session lasts for an hour and 15 minutes, leaving you relaxed and glowing," says Dr Sriram.
