You want to work hard and make a career for yourself. But sometimes your vision gets cloudy and you wonder whether the career path you are treading is the right one. JAM editor and Get Ahead columnist Rashmi Bansal chatted with Get Ahead readers on April 27 and offers some advice: "One way to approach the problem is to 'identify your passion'. The other is identify all the things you definitely don't want to be and make sure no one forces you into them." Rashmi is a graduate from IIM-Ahmedabad and founder-editor of the popular youth magazine JAM. She writes on youth, trends, B-schools and entrepreneurship. I am applying for this college Northpoint Centre of Learning affiliated with Lintas and it is only 2 years old and not recognised formally by any authority as such. Whats ur view? My question is what the job prospects in India for those with foreign degrees like MS, PhD, etc. especially from Europe? Will the proficiency of one european language like German or French or Spanish help as additional qualifications in companies (Chemical, pharmaceutical, etc)?
