You must stop wearing synthetic clothes. Wear ONLY pure cotton.
For your underarms, you can use Abzorb powder for dusting on your skin.
A permanent solution is to take Botox injections from a dermatologist, but it is an expensive treatment costing Rs 20,000-30,000 per sitting.
I have pimples on my face. When I get treatment it is cured and when I stop medicines it again comes. My skin type is oily I just want to know the solution and mainly I have during periods and I think I have allergy with citrus things as I have applied Shenaz hussain Fairone cream. It contains lemon I got small pimples and when I applied orange I again got it now in summer I m getting too much.

I suggest you meet a good dermatologist. Get a professional investigation done. Since your acne is linked to your periods, there could be a hormonal cause.
Complete your treatment fully. Keep following up with your doctor even after the acne is cured to prevent recurrence.
Avoid the use of commercial products for your face if they don't seem to suit you, especially oily creams.
I am from Indore. I am 18 years old. My hair is fast falling every day. I had tried many hair oils and shampoos. When I shampoo my hair, it falls a lot. Aryan, you may be suffering from a male pattern baldness. This is likely if other males in your family also have hair loss problems.
You should consult a dermatologist for a full assessment of your hair loss and take treatment under guidance. Till then, you can start applying Minoxidil on your scalp (you could use Mintop lotion, for instance; this is available at the chemist's).
Also, take some multivitamin supplements.
My problem is that I have dark patch around my mouth area and around my eyes and forehead, I went to the dermatologist and she gave me kojic cream, desowen cream and evon soft tablts and I am using cetaphil lotion (cleansing for my face). I am also using avo sunscreen daily. The patches have reduced only to a certain extent, but it is still clearly seen.

You can ask your dermatologist to add a Hydroquinone like Melalite and Retinoic acid (available at the chemist's) to your regime to hasten the whitening process.
Also enquire about chemical peels; they give fast results.
I am having black spots on mt face these have appeared after pressing my pimples. Please tell me some ointment to remove this black spots as it looks very bad should I consult a doctor.

Black marks due to mishandling of acne are common. You should use a scrub for your face routinely. Apply a mixture of Eukroma cream and Retino-A cream (available at the chemist's) at bedtime.
You can ask your dermatologist to give you chemical peels for the problem.
