For UK/ US voice process (non-yravel)

~ You must be a graduate.

~ You must be between 21 and 32 years old.

~ You must have 4-9 months' experience in UK/ US voice process.

~ You must have a neutralised accent.

~ You must be willing to work in shifts.

For UK data process (non-travel)

~ You must be a graduate.

~ You must be between 21 and 32 years old.

~ You must have good written communication skills.

~ You could have around two years of experience.

~ You must be willing to work in shifts.

~ You could be a fresher.

For UK data process (travel)

~ You must be a graduate.

~ You must be between 21 and 32 years old.

~You must hold an IATA/ diploma certificate in travel.

~ You could be a fresher or your could have experience of upto one year in Fares Auditing/ Construction or Interline process.

~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
