It seems Bollywood has found a New Year calling!

Yes, we are talking about the new trend of silver screen stars -- and starlets -- performing for New Year bashes.

For example, Bipasha Basu [Images] will be performing at a five-star hotel in Mumbai. 'Get nocturnal with Bipasha,' say the advertising hoardings.

Incidentally, last year, Mallika Sherawat [Images] had a not so happy New Year performing at a Mumbai venue.

And now Country Club India has signed up Mallaika Arora Khan, Neha Dhupia [Images], Rimi Sen [Images], Amrita Arora [Images], Mahima Choudhary and Udita Goswami [Images] for yearend bashes across the country.

 A contest based on SMSes decided the city where the actresses will be performing, said the chain of clubs.
