Lakshya seems to be very trendy, distinct from the usual war films. It seems like a fun film about a boy who is just out of college, and traces the journey that Hrithik's character makes from his graduation ceremony to the Indo-Pak border.

The lead couple sport two different looks in the film, thanks to the trendy saloon Juice and stylist Avaan Contractor, who was responsible for the chic Dil Chahta Hai look.

Preity wears her Dil Chahta Hai curls as well as a short, trendy hairdo. Hrithik wears a unique haircut [any resemblance to his father, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, is purely non-coincidental!] in one half and an almost crew cut in another.
