Valiant spy Major Arjun Khanna (Sunny Deol) dreams of putting a lid on cross-border terrorism. To achieve that, he has to bring Ishaa Khan (Amrish Puri), the mastermind behind all this scheming, to book.

During his mission, Arjun encounters two petite ladies -- Kashmiri Reshma (Preity Zinta) and Shayna (Priyanka Chopra), a Pakistan-born Canadian doctor.
