Akshay Kumar has been known for his daredevil stunts throughout his career. Apparently, while shooting for this film in Cape Town, South Africa, Akshay had a near fatal accident.

Playing a sporty and adventurous guy in Aankhen, a scene required him to swim alongside a shark. Unfortunately, the shark turned a bit aggressive and Akki was rescued in the nick of time.
