Mamta Kulkarni had a clear brief for this song in Ghatak: Sizzle and draw the crowds to the film.
Director Rajkumar Santoshi was so pleased with Mamta's twist, twirl and hip wriggling in the song that he immediately signed her for China Gate!
However, not many people know that this number was choreographed by Mamta herself. "It was a great achievement for me. I was very happy doing it. There was no choreographer (for the song) and I had to do it myself. It was tough, but the result shows."
