It's first time lucky for political newcomer Sandeep Dikshit. The son of the popular Delhi Chief Minister Shiela Dikshit (to his left, flashing the victory sign) conquered the constituency of East Delhi with a massive victory over the BJP's veteran Lal Bihari Tiwari. Dikshit won by nearly 180,000 votes.
