Following the death of 21 women and a child in a stampede at a saree distribution function in Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's constituency, Govinda had called off his roadshows citing the need to avoid such incidents.

But on the last day of his campaign he couldn't resist the temptation and went in for a roadshow.

Govinda spent the maximum time in Borivali West area to woo the substantial number of voters there.
