When Virat Kohli met his 'match'! Lol!

England women's cricketer Danielle Wyatt finally met India's batting sensation, Virat Kohli.

The news makes headlines since, following his match-winning knock against South Africa in the semi-finals of the World T20, India's vice-captain received a surprise marriage proposal from Wyatt on Twitter!

Wyatt took to the social networking platform after that match and exclaimed: "Kholi marry me!!!"

Kohli was snapped with Danielle during India’s tour match against Derbyshire, which the 'Men in blue' won on Thursday.

The England woman star’s brother, Max, posted a photo of the two together on his Twitter account.

The caption could lead many tongues wagging. It read: 'These would make a cute couple haha.'

Wyatt, 22, has played 32 One-Day Internationals and 50 Twenty20 Internationals, and was in England's squad for the World Twenty20.

Meanwhile, another English cricketer, Katherine Brunt, 28, taunted Wyatt's proposal.

"Too late Don he asked me last week!," she told her team mate on Twitter.

Also, Kohli's family indirectly rejected the proposal. 

"It is not the right age for Virat to marry now," Virat's mother, Saroj, had said then.
