Under-pressure IPL commissioner Lalit Modi on Monday welcomed a probe into the functioning of the cash-awash Twenty20 League, saying he would extend all help to investigators.

"Welcome all investigation -- ready to extend all cooperation," Modi wrote on his Twitter page, claiming lot of what appeared in the media is nothing but just speculation.

Since Modi revealed the IPL Kochi stakeholders' names on the social networking site, a can of worms opened, leading to Union minister Shashi Tharoor's exit from the government and Income Tax raids on the IPL office in Mumbai.

The IT department shot off a 10-point questionnaire to the Board of Control for Cricket in India, while Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee said all aspects of the Indian Premier League, including allegations of betting and money laundering, would be looked into.

"All aspects, including sources of funding and routes through which the funds arrived, would be looked into.

Appropriate action as per law would be taken. No guilty or wrong-doer will be spared," Mukherjee said.

Modi is currently in Dubai to attend an International Cricket Council meeting.
