Dhoni revealed the secret of his unflustered composure as captain even in the toughest of situations.
"At times I am frustrated on the field, but if I show my frustration that won't really help the team. If somebody has done a mistake there is no point abusing him or saying things to him; it is always to better to go back to the dressing room and approach him on a personal level and say this is the fault that you have committed. I feel that helps more than abusing someone on the field," he said.
