Bollywood greets Cape Town in IPL parade

Two days before the actual action commences, the second edition of the Indian Premier League made its presence felt in Cape Town, South Africa, on Thursday, when some of the world's best cricketers and Bollywood stars launched festivities in a colourful parade ahead of the gala event.

    Nine floats, one for each of the eight teams and one for the IPL, provided a glimpse of the cricket and entertainment glitterati as they made their way along one of the main streets, accompanied by energetic Indian dancers and local brass bands.
