Australia's Six Sorrows

England v Australia, 4th Test, Headingley, Aug 2001
Result: England won by 6 wickets

Inspired by a superbly aggressive 173 not out from Mark Butcher and a grim-faced 55 from captain Nasser Hussain, England hauled in the victory target of 315 runs with 21 overs to spare.

It was England's second biggest final innings chase in its 785-Test history, trailing only the 332 for 7 by Percy Chapman's side which beat Australia at the MCG in 1928-29.

Every Australian defeat has seen records tumble. Is setting records the only way to beat the Aussies?
