Students at the Harvard Business School will soon learn case studies based on success stories from corporate India.

The business strategies of IT companies like MindTree and  Zensar Technologies, which remained immune to the economic turmoil, will be a topic for case studies at Harvard, according to a report in The Economic Times.

The students will study the acclaimed knowledge management at MindTree and human resource practices at Zensar.

Harvard students will also get to study about corporate honchos like S Gopalakrishnan, CEO Infosys, Anand G Mahindra, vice-chairman and managing director of Mahindra & Mahindra, Britannia Industries MD Vinita Bali and ICICI Bank chairman KV Kamath, says the report.

Professors from Harvard are in India to learn more about India's business models, companies and leaders. The economic recession has turned the world's attention to many Indian companies that survived the crisis.

They are impressed with Indian companies like Infosys, which give a lot of importance not just to shareholders' views but also to executives, employees and customers and the public, unlike in the US where shareholders run the show.
