In a major relief to the fraud-hit Satyam Computer Services Limited, the Company Law Board has extended the time limit to the IT outsourcing firm for announcing its results and file statutory documents up to March 31, 2010.
"Since the restating of the company's accounts for over five years is a critical process, we requested the CLB ... for extension of time," a top official told Business Standard.
