Carnation Auto on Monday launched its new business vertical -- Workshop-on-Wheels -- which aims to provide car servicing at the car owners' doorstep, thereby maximising convenience and satisfaction.
The company said its new business -- a fleet of fully equipped, state-of-the-art-vans, manned by highly trained professionals -- will professionally service almost any brand of vehicles and even provide a warranty on the parts replaced.
Carnation Auto, which was launched in July this year, and is headed by former Maruti Suzuki CEO Jagdish Khattar, said it has partnered with world class companies like 3M and Castrol for this new venture to enhance associated services such as complete car care and car detailing.
The new facility will deliver transparency of parts, process and price since the service is done in front of the customer, the company added.
