Al Qaeda fighters set conditions
for surrender: AIP

Fighters loyal to Osama bin Laden holed up in Tora Bora region have set conditions for their surrender, the Afghan Islamic Press reported on Wednesday.

The news agency said Al Qaeda fighters have demanded that they be handed over to the United Nations in the presence of diplomats from their respective countries.

Al Queda militants have been under relentless attack from US warplanes and Afghan ground forces since the start of December.
