Lalit Modi is no ordinary man. Well, we all know that.
He roams in the company of VIPs and knows the ins and outs of how cricket functions in India, scams and all.
The former Indian Premier League boss is also a popular among international football stars.
Modi was a special invitee of Manchester United defender Patrice Evra in the team box on the evening of United’s League Cup match against Liverpool.

Modi tweeted a picture with Evra and wrote: 'With Patrice in his box. He is resting today though'.
Interestingly, the picture was clicked the same day Modi was handed a life ban by the Board of Control for Cricket in India.

Going by the picture, Modi seemed to be enjoying himself, unaffected by the events that unfolded in India earlier in the day.
Looks like he is in to give the BCCI some real stress!
