Paris is the fashion capital of the world. Thus, it is not surprising that women tennis players do everything to up the ante during the French Open.
They not only woo the fans with their tennis, but also fashion sense.
Check out what they are wearing at the ongoing clay-court tournament.
With her greatest threat out (read Serena Williams), Maria Sharapova is fighting to grab the trophy again. The Russian beauty has kept her outfit subtle with a coral pink and orange.
This sporty out fit has a feminine character and definitely helps Sharapova make a style statement.
Keeping in mind that she has her own design label, it looks more wearable.

Wearing an elegant dress with white and navy blue stripes, Jankovic added the fun element to her matches. It is quite surprising that Serena Williams is out of the tournament. She fell to Garbine Muguruza in straights in the second round.
There were a lot of expectation from her, and with her exit, her dress hardly saw the daylight of Paris.
Williams's yellow-and-gray outfit looked lovely on her skin tone and made a statement.
The top was the American's usual, and the belt accentuated her waist. But the uneven skirt was a novelty.

The 13th seeded Dane lost in the first round to Yanina Wickmayer of Belgium.
It was her worst result at the French Open since 2007, but she did manage to attract attention with her choice of dress for her first public appearance since splitting with golfer Rory McIlroy.
The green, white and orange outfit was certainly eye-catching.
