The US skiing star Lindsey Vonn has revealed that her boyfriend and golf star Tiger Woods is an ‘inspiration’ to her.
The 30-year-old Olympic ski racer, who has been sidelined for much of the last two years after undergoing separate bouts of surgery on a recurring knee injury, said that the couple went through rehab with their injuries at a similar time and so could help each other, the CNN reported.
The Olympic gold medal winner and four time overall World Cup champion added that the duo was in the gym together and so could push each other and motivate each other.
Vonn continued that she thinks they both helped each other a lot through that time and she drew a lot of inspiration from him and thinks he does the same with her.
Vonn added that she and Woods, whose own injury problems began after a promising start to 2014, continue to push each other and it's a really positive relationship in that way.
